One of my favorite canning recipes is Marisa McClellan’s Gingery Pickled Peaches. There’s nothing better than opening a jar of these sweet and spicy peaches as part of a charcuterie board or for a winter snack. The heat from the ginger is so warm and comforting… And now that I’m thinking about it, I may try adding a cinnamon stick next time I make this recipe.
I’ll send you to Marisa’s Food in Jars blog for the Gingery Pickled Peaches recipe, but I’ve made a graphic that you can print and use for your own jars of these delicious peaches:
Just right-click or hold-click on the image and chose “Save As…” or similar. I recommend placing the image in a grid pattern in a word processing document, then printing on a full-size sheet of sticker paper and cutting with scissors. (A good size for most wide-mouth canning jar lids would be 2.5 inches.)
Or, if you use pre-cut sticker paper you can usually find a template from the manufacturer that would allow you to paste the image into the exact correct spot.
If you’d like to share the graphic, please do link back to our website.
I hope your family enjoys the recipe for Gingery Pickled Peaches and that you smile when you open your pantry and see those beautiful jars!
